INGREDIENTS: |
|
| |
- 3 cups hot water
- 8 cups farfel
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 6 tbs. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
|

DIRECTIONS: |
|
| |
- Place farfel, oil and seasoning in a large bowl
- Pour hot water over all, mix and let cool
- Add eggs to the farfel mixture and blend well
- Pour into greased cupcake tins
- Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 375
degrees.
- Yields approx. 2 dozen.
