INGREDIENTS: |
4 pound Kosher chicken
4 quarts water
6 carrots, peeled and cut in halves
2 cups celery pieces
1 green pepper
1 tbsp salt
5 black peppercorns
1 onion, whole
1 cup cut parsley. |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Put the Kosher chicken in the pot. Fill it with
water. Bring to boil. Simmer until clear.
- Add the vegetables and the spices.
- Simmer slowly for about 2 hours.
- Serves 8 - 10
