INGREDIENTS: |
Shortening - Parve
2 sautéed onions
2½ pounds chopped
Kosher beef
2 pound chopped
Kosher veal
salt, pepper, paprika, to taste.
1 can sauerkraut, washed and drained |

DIRECTIONS: |
- Sauté the onions. Add chopped beef. Cook
slowly for 1 hour.
- Add salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add chopped veal and cook an additional
30 minutes.
- Add the
sauerkraut.
- Cook for 15 more minutes.
