APPLE KUGEL DELIGHT
2 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS: |
1/2 cup applesauce
1 sweet apple
3 egg whites
3 tbsp flour
Cinnamon
Sugar or sweetener
1 tsp baking powder |

DIRECTIONS: |
| Slice the apples and place slices
in a tin. |
| Sprinkle sweetener or sugar on top. |
| In a separate bowl mix together 3
egg whites, baking powder, 1/2 cup apple sauce, flour, cinnamon and
sugar or sweetener to taste. |
| Beat the mixture until smooth and
pour over the sliced apple. |
| Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
