STAVRAKAKI'S SPAGHETTI
with CARROTS (PARVE)
| INGREDIENTS: |
- 1 lb. package #4 spaghetti "TAMMA"
- 5 large carrots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of ground garlic
"LONTANO"
- 2 small hot peppers
- Gouda cheese cut in cubes
"KOSHER"
- Olive oil "SITIA
Olive Oil"'
- Salt and pepper

| INSTRUCTIONS: |
- Boil the spaghetti in salted
water.
- Drain. Save half a cup
of the liquid.
- In a pan, place the olive oil, garlic, peppers
and sauté them.
- Add the carrots.
- Let them cook for a while and add two
tablespoons of the water used from the spaghetti
preparation.
- Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti and mix.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve HOT!!!
