INGREDIENTS: |

tomatoes, cut in wedges

1 cucumber, peeled
and sliced

1 green pepper,
sliced in rings

1 onion, sliced in
rings
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Extra-virgin olive
oil “TERRA
AEOLICA”
-
Red wine vinegar
(vinaigrette) “KOSHER”
GARNISH:
-
5
oz. feta cheese, cubed “TERRA
AEOLICA”
-
12 or more
Black olives (try a mixture of olives for a
change) "KOSHER"
-
1 Tbs. dried
oregano

INSTRUCTIONS: |

Place the
salad ingredients in a bowl
-
Add the
vinaigrette and toss well.

Arrange
the feta cheese, olives and oregano on
top.

Serve.
